part of a pre-recorded message saying to press "9" to lower your intrest rates

I registered at Davids Bridal and seems that everyone who registers there gets these annoying phone calls from this number. There must be something that can be done.

They said it was Essential Health Care making a courtesy call.

Called me twice this afternoon (06/29/2010). I missed the call both times. They didn't leave a message either time. When I called them back, I immediately got the default Asterisk installation message, which amused me greatly. Seems like they're using an Asterisk system for some sort of autodial scam, but couldn't be bothered to actually configure it.

Called them back and spoke with a "Clair Rivers" who said she was with "Degree Counseling" DO NOT CALL AGAIN I said take me off you list ASAP

THE CALL I RECIEVED WAS FROM A PERSON WHOSE ENGLISH WASNT GOOD AND HE THREATEN TO HAVE ME ARRESTED AND A 200 PAYDAY LOAN NOW HE WANTS 1283.38 NO WAY TO WORK IT OUT EVEN THOUGH I OFFERED! NOT SURE THIS IS LEGAL. SAID HE WAS AN ATTORNEY HIS NAME WAS JOE MARTIN THE CALL BACK # HE LEFT IS 7605140147

i recieved a call from this no to settle an over due account i made arrangements to settle my debts with a person named Gary Jones for $1975 including interest and i got a paid in full conformation after 24 hrs of my payment.

Calls and doesn't say anything when I answer, and doesn't leave a message when I don't. Calls at least daily.

Did not pickup unknown caller.
